ScanStation - Inkscan

Inkscan is a plate scanning system reading, processing and storing the total ink coverage of the printing plate. The ink coverage information enables the precise ink fountain presetting of a printing machine. Inkscan 30 plate scanner reads plates up to 30 inch (660x760 mm) and Inkscan 41 reads plates up to 41 inch (800x1.050 mm).

DIPS - Digital Ink Preset System – CIP3

DIPS allows to preset the press ink fountains from digital data. It reads almost any prepress (not only CIP3 PPF) format to obtain the image coverage data of a job. The data is converted to key preset values and transferred to the press console to preset the ink fountains. DIPS communicates with several even different press makes and models simultaneously .

Printflow DC

This system integrates scanning densitometers from the world´s most advanced manufacturers with sheet fed printing machines. The scanning densitometer automatically scans solid densities of a pre defined color bar. Printflow DC calculates the appropriate ink feed ratio and forwards this information to a press console. The press console automatically adjusts the ink fountains keys in order to hold color for an entire press run. Printflow DC interfaces with most remote ink fountains consoles which enables an easy retrofitting of the existing press consoles with an automatic closed loop densitometric system.

Inkdot – remote control of registers

Inkdot Standard is a remote control system of lateral and circumferential register plus microadjustment of side lay.

Inkdot Vision is a touch panel operated remote control system of plate cylinders (registers), ink sweep and microadjustment of side lay.

thINKCUT programmable system for paper cutters

thINKCUT – allows programming of the cutter backgauge and the air bed. thINKCUT automates existing guillotines regardless of brand or size.

thINKCUT Mini is a digital display and a programmable guide for guillotines. It is a cost-effective alternative to replacing the old glass scales and metal position indicator bands.
