REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM OF REGISTERS

Operator panel with the following functions:
  • signal of selected regime ( zeroing, protection, calibration )
  • button to select user functions ( zeroing, protection, calibration )
  • display indicating the selected printing unit
  • display indicating the lateral (axial) position of the plate cylinder unit
  • display indicating the circumferential (radial) position of the plate cylinder
  • buttons selecting the printing unit
  • buttons to direct register control
  • signal of power on/off

Operator panel is connected via cable to the distribution unit.

Distribution unit and cables

Distribution unit is mounted under the press covers in the pile part of the side frames and contains the power supply and processors to control the servomotors.

Servomotors

Servomotors are attached to the press to monitor and replace the manual function of running registers. All servos are connected to the distribution unit via signal and power cables.

Microadjustment of sideguide control for two and four color presses
