REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM of REGISTERS, INK SWEEP plus MICROADJUSTMENT of SIDE GUIDE
Easily retroffitable computerized control system for lateral and circumferential registers, ink sweep plus microadjustment of side guide. Inkdot replaces the manual adjust-ments of plate cylinders on the run, ink sweep and microadjustment of side guide by the fast and accurate adjustments made by servomotors.

Operator touch panel with the following functions:
- indicating and setting of the selected printing unit
- indicating and setting of the lateral (axial) position of the plate cylinder
- indicating and setting of the circumferential (radial) position of the plate cylinder
- indicating and setting of the ink sweep position
- indicating and setting of the side guide position
- zero function (Zero)
- calibration function (Calib)

Operator panel is mounted on a press delivery or on
a separate console and is connected via cable to
the distribution unit.
Distribution unit and cables
Distribution unit is mounted under the press covers in the pile part of the side frames and contains the power supply and processors to control the servomotors.
Servomotors
Servomotors are attached to the press to monitor and replace the manual function of running registers, ink sweep and suide guide. All servos are connected to the distribution unit via signal and power cables
