The operator panel is a main part of the system. It consists of two displays and the control buttons. The six digit display always shows the actual backgauge position. Alpha numerical two line display enables the communication of the system with operator. The operator panel is installed to allow operator use. The following operations are possible: direct drive operation (fast, medium and slow), semi-automatic drive operation (pre setting), programming operations, label cutting, air control, cuts counting, calculator...

The operation panel is connected via a cable to the distribution unit which contains the computer and the electronics.

The motor with its optical position sensor enables the computer control of the backgauge movement and assures mechanical repeatibility of the backgauge position to 0,1 mm. The proximity sensors are used for determing the status of the cutting machine on which the system is installed.

Specially designed and certified for the protection of dangerous machines, it is equipped with a self diagnostic system which constantly verifies correct working conditions.
